Required Skills:
5–7 years of overall IT experience with 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master
Strong hands-on experience managing software development projects (enterprise software)
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution
Experience working directly with software engineering teams (developers, QA, systems teams)
Familiarity with SDLC, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
Technical background with exposure to C++, C#, or .NET development preferred
Strong communication, facilitation, servant leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments
Exposure to SAFe/Kanban, Jenkins, and Perforce
Experience supporting globally distributed teams
