Job Description:
-Manage and oversee the preparation and processing of sales orders and contracts
-Promote products and services to existing clients while actively identifying and soliciting new business opportunities
-Assess client needs and financial resources to recommend suitable products or services
-Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations, including internet-based e-commerce solutions
-Represent the company in international trade, managing import and export activities
-Estimate and provide quotes for pricing, credit terms, contract conditions, warranties, and delivery timelines
-Follow up with clients post-sale or after contract signing to ensure satisfaction and provide continued support
-Resolve customer concerns and issues related to products or services in a timely and professional manner
-Coordinate and participate in advertising and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales
-Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience General studies
Work Experience: 2-3 years in sales role
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
-Database management
-MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Adobe Suite
