Job Description:
－Title: Technical Sales Specialist
－NOC: NOC 62100
－Position(s) Available: 1
－Work Location(s): 3317 Coldstream Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 1Y1
－Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours
－Compensation: $31 per hour

Benefit:
－10-day paid vacation per annum

Job Responsibilities:
－Foster and expand sales relationships with current clients
－Proactively seek out and engage new business prospects
－Evaluate client requirements, guide them in selecting suitable products or services, and negotiate terms and pricing
－Contribute to product customization to align with client specifications
－Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and materials to highlight product/service benefits
－Calculate installation and maintenance expenses for equipment or services
－Prepare, manage, and track sales agreements while maintaining accurate client records
－Follow up with clients post-sale to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
－Diagnose and resolve technical equipment issues
－Stay updated on product/service knowledge to effectively explain features and address inquiries
－Design, execute, and analyze sales strategies to meet business objectives
－Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
－Provide operational and maintenance training for equipment
－Oversee and mentor technical and sales support teams
