£­Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours
£­Compensation: $32 per hour

Benefit:
£­10-day paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:
£­Completion of a college or university program in related field is required.
£­Experience in sales or in related field is an asset.
£­Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.

Job Responsibilities:
£­Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing construction clients.
£­Identify and engage potential clients.
£­Assess client needs, recommend suitable construction goods/services, and negotiate terms.
£­Contribute to product design for client-tailored solutions.
£­Develop sales materials to highlight product/service benefits.
£­Estimate installation and maintenance costs for construction equipment/services.
£­Prepare contracts, maintain customer records, and ensure compliance.
£­Provide post-sale support to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
£­Build technical product knowledge to explain features and answer queries.
£­Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies to meet business goals.
£­Analyze market conditions, monitor competitors, and track industry trends.
