Nadawco Inc o/a Safety Supplies Canada is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist in Spruce Grove, Alberta
Safety Supplies Canada is a supplier of safety equipment and related services, specializing in personal protective equipment (PPE), first aid, and emergency preparedness products.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
• Prepare sales or other contracts
• Promote sales to existing clients
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
• Conduct sales transactions
• Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
• Inventory Control and Reordering.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
• Resolve product and service related problems
• Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
• Provide customer service
• Inspect fire extinguishers for compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct maintenance on various types of fire extinguishers.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment for safety and compliance
standards, such as SRL, lanyards, winches, tripods, and gas monitors.
Educational requirement: High School
Related experience: 1 - 2 Years Experience selling personal protective equipment, Gas monitor repair experience, SRL retractable service experience, Fire Extinguisher service experience
Wage offered: $36.00 per hour for 30 - 40 hours/week, Permanent, Full Time.
