At this time, we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Continue to develop sales ties with current customers
• Locate and contact prospective customers
• Determine the needs of customers and recommend appropriate company products
• Create sales pitches, proposals, presentations or other materials to demonstrate the advantages of using the company’s services and products
• Prepare and provide customers with quotes
• Create and manage sales contracts and keep track of customer information
• Consult with customers to fix issues and offer continuous post-sales assistance
• Develop and maintain the expertise to explain types of products to customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Evaluate market conditions and competitor activity
REQUIREMENTS:
• College or University Diploma
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Technical Sales Specialist, preferably in the tech industry
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and time management skills
• Able to build and cultivate superior relationships with internal and external contacts
• Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
• $74,000 per annum
• 30 to 40 hours work week
• 10% annual target bonus
• Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate
