Job Description:
Technical Product Promotion & Sales
• Promote, present, and sell specialized technical products and services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Consult with customers to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Provide detailed explanations of product performance, specifications, features, and benefits.
• Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads, respond to technical inquiries, and offer after-sales support.
• Conduct client visits and on-site consultations when necessary to assess needs and possible technical solutions.
Market & Product Expertise
• Stay informed on product updates, industry developments, and technological trends.
• Analyze competitor products, market positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements, product improvements, and market trends.
Operational & Administrative Duties
• Prepare sales reports, maintain client records, and track sales activities.
• Present technical training or product demonstrations to clients and internal team members.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to increase product visibility.

• Completion of a college diploma or university degree in a field related to the product or service being sold (e.g., engineering, technology, business, marketing, or a related discipline).
• Previous experience in technical sales, account management, or a related field is an asset.
• Strong understanding of technical product features and the ability to explain complex concepts to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for client visits (if applicable to your company).

• Strong problem-solving and solution-selling abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital business communication tools.
