Technical Sales Representative Job

AA wireless Inc has been go-to destination for all things mobile. We are passionate about technology. We are looking for an experienced self-motivated Technical Sales Representative to work in the Mississauga/Brampton area. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible shifts and be available for evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Conduct and promote sales to existing clients and new clients
• Supervise, train and communicate with other sales representatives
• Conduct competitive product and repair service comparisons and identify current competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, and prepare sales contracts
• Develop a strategy to grow sales and profits to competitive advantage and recommend suitable goods and services.
• Identify the needs of the customers as well as of shop and develop solutions in order to enhance customer satisfaction and quality of service.
• To answer phone calls, providing estimates and price quotes and handling customer queries, provide ongoing support, consult with clients to resolve any issues
• Identify and explore potential clients and promote quality products and repairs to existing clients
• Identify ways to deepen the business relationships with customers and build loyalty
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure highest customer satisfaction is maintained
• Explain to clients the benefits of quality service
• Develop a regular follow up call schedule to ensure that the needs and expectations of the customers are met.
• Consult with customers after sale and follow-up to resolve concerns and to provide ongoing support until customer’s are satisfied
• Schedule the work on on-going jobs to deliver a quality service in timely manner.
• Prepare reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods and services

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• 1 year to less than 2 years previous experience in technical related fields
• Strong computer and telephone skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a positive approach to customer service
• Well organized with good time management skills and attention to detail
• Sales focused with upbeat personality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATION
• completion of secondary school
