Technical sales representative Job

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer networking, Linux, AWS, Azure, and Python
- Previous experience in pre-sales or technical sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is usually required.
Experience in sales or in a technical occupation related to the product or service may be required.
Fluency in a specific foreign language, and/or foreign work or travel experience may be required for technical sales specialists seeking employment with companies that import or export technical goods or services.
Technical sales supervisors require experience as a technical sales specialist.
A driver's licence and a good driving record may be required.
