Permanent Position: Technical Sales Executive (NOC #6221)

Wage Rate: $32.00per hour & for 40 Hours per week

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Job Duties:
• Developing and implementing commercialization strategies for increased public exposure of the company educational products
• Negotiating Intellectual Property (IP) licensing and commercialization agreements with executive level decision makers of identified commercial entities
• Leads negotiation discussions to secure commercialization and partnership agreements that result in significant revenue generation for the company
• Building and expanding company’s brand and presence, showcasing company’s technology at tradeshows, interviews, internet presence, and interacting with established or new commercial entities
• Searching out and initiating appropriate industry contacts for commercialization discussions
• Arranging for the preparation and distribution of technology information packages
• Promote sales to existing clients, identify and solicit potential clients
• Assess clients' needs and resources and recommend the appropriate product
• Prepare and administer sales contracts
• Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment
• Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
• Attending relevant trade shows to promote the technology portfolio
• Acting as the point of contact for external partners
