About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help build and scale our engineering organization. You will own critical parts of the recruiting process, including sourcing top technical talent, building outbound pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to identify exceptional candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building recruiting processes from the ground up, and has experience hiring engineering or AI/ML talent.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles
Build outbound sourcing strategies and pipelines from scratch
Identify and engage exceptional engineering, AI, and ML candidates
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Utilize ATS systems and recruiting tools to improve hiring efficiency
Help establish scalable recruiting processes as the company grows
Requirements
Must Have:
1–4 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within startups
Experience recruiting engineering/technical roles at a startup or agency supporting startups
Experience sourcing candidates through outbound recruiting strategies
Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms
Ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment
Comfortable working on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco
Nice to Have:
Experience recruiting AI/ML engineers or technical talent
Previous experience at an AI company
Startup founder background with a transition into recruiting
Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
