The Jr Technical Recruiter is responsible for driving profitability by making smart business decisions though thoughtful negotiating skills, prioritizing time management while building a network of premium talent to showcase to our clients. In this role you will be responsible for providing an in-depth analysis of our client's requirements to identify and recruit optimal candidates to source, interview, and ultimately hire for contingent and direct hire opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Utilize a variety of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and tool to include social media, job boards, networking, ATS and other sources to network and recruit passive candidates.

  • Review and understand job requisitions to write Boolean search strings

  • Contact potential candidates to determine skills and interest level in Analyst's opportunities that match their skill sets.

  • Identify, evaluate, and summarize relevant technical experience, knowledge, hard and soft skills, and abilities in relation to job requirements.

  • Conduct interviews to pre-screen candidates to ensure that their skills meet the requirements of our client open positions.

  • Negotiate pay rate, address concerns, and obtain candidate commitment for the position and set expectations.

  • Maintain active consultant relationships and network to continually improve industry knowledge, understand market trends and obtain referrals to build a network.

  • Identify qualified sales leads.

  • Meet and exceed performance metric expectations.


The ideal candidate will have:



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous experience in a highly metric driven role (sales, customer service).

  • Networking/Relationship building skills.

  • Self-motivated multi-tasker.

  • Money motivated, target driven.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills..



Pay Range*: $50,000 - $55,000 + commissions
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
