Required Skills:

8+ years of experience managing IT projects in Agile environments.
Strong experience with Agile Scrum (SAFe is a plus) and DevOps methodologies.
Proven experience managing software development teams, project delivery, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release management.
Strong expertise in project planning, roadmap development, change management, and risk mitigation.
Experience creating and maintaining Project Management Plans, status reports, project artifacts, and metrics.
Strong stakeholder, client-facing, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile project management tools (Jira/Azure DevOps preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing Federal Government IT projects.
5+ years of Project Management experience in a Federal environment.
SAFe, PMP, or Scrum certifications.
Experience coordinating Development, QA, Hosting, Analytics, and Infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile project delivery for enterprise IT initiatives from planning through implementation.
Collaborate with federal stakeholders to define project scope, roadmaps, priorities, and timelines.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage product backlogs, releases, and sprint execution.
Track project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Prepare executive status reports, project metrics, and governance documentation.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), manage risk mitigation plans, and drive continuous process improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and contractual deliverables.
