Technical Program Manager (100% onsite) Job

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive large-scale
technology initiatives from planning through launch and ongoing support.
This role requires a strong technical background in software systems, architecture, cloud
platforms, and APIs, paired with deep experience managing cross-functional project teams,
risks, and timelines. You will bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive
leadership, keeping delivery predictable, secure, and aligned with core business goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and systems
initiatives, building detailed roadmaps, schedules, and success metrics.
• Dependency & Risk Management: Identify delivery bottlenecks, track cross-team
technical dependencies, and resolve risks before they impact timelines.
• Architecture & Technical Alignment: Work with software engineers and architects to
evaluate system designs, APIs, data flows, cloud setups, and technical trade-offs
regarding scalability, performance, and security.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish meeting rhythms, program health metrics, and clear
updates covering schedules, blockers, and decisions.
• Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear
recommendations and status reports for senior leaders.
• Continuous Improvement: Streamline execution processes, promote agile best
practices, and mentor junior or peer project leads.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience

• 8+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, or technical
program management (10+ years preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level technology applications from concept
to production launch.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
Technical Competencies
• Deep understanding of software development principles, distributed architecture,
RESTful APIs, cloud services, and data management.
• Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate software architecture and code (no hands-on
coding required).
• Strong grasp of platform scalability, system reliability, data flows, and enterprise
security standards.
Leadership & Soft Skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across both technical teams and executive
management.
• Ability to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to high-ambiguity project
environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Technical background as a former Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Solutions
Architect.
• Experience setting up formal program governance, delivery KPIs, and operational
metrics across multiple engineering teams.
• Background mentoring team members or coaching technical leads on program delivery
discipline.
