Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in Agile environments.
Hands-on expertise writing technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC.
Experience working closely with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
Strong Insurance domain experience, including Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, or related systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Knowledge of insurance platform modernization and system integrations.
Experience working in enterprise digital transformation projects.
