• Direct cross-functional Agile/Scrum delivery teams consisting of avionics software engineers, system analysts, network specialists, and flight line technicians.
2. Cloud Platforms, Systems Architecture & Cybersecurity
• Oversee migration and management of telemetry and aircraft log data into secure hybrid cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity framework compliance (DO-326A / DO-355 / ISO 27001) for aircraft datalinks, SATCOM networks, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and wireless line maintenance tools.
• Coordinate software loadable aircraft parts (LSAP) deployments, ensuring regulatory traceability and system validation.

4. People Management & Regulatory Compliance
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate software engineers, data analysts, avionics technicians, and IT support staff, promoting continuous professional development.
• Formulate and implement IT operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data governance standards aligned with Transport Canada, FAA, and GCAA airworthiness regulations.
