Job Duties
1. Analyze business requirements and participate in grooming user stories to define technical specifications and high-level architecture using modern design patterns and engineering principles.
2. Design, develop, and implement software applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
3. Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and data exchange components using XML, JSON, and SOAP.
4. Implement authentication and authorization frameworks, including IdentityServer 2/4, OAuth2, and token-based security models.
5. Apply multithreading, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and other design patterns to optimize application performance and maintainability.
6. Design and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models using SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB, including performance tuning and data access optimization.
7. Build, deploy, and support cloud-based applications on AWS, including the use of AWS SDKs, cloud services, and cloud native development practices.
8. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor engineering team members on best practices, unit testing, and architectural guidelines.
9. Develop and execute unit tests using NUnit or xUnit, ensuring code quality and regression coverage.
10. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
11. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, design artifacts, and status reports using standard documentation tools.
12. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
13. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and impacts, and communicate them to management on time.
14. Support front-end integration and collaborate with teams using HTML5, CSS3, and Angular or similar frameworks.
15. Ensure application reliability, maintainability, and scalability through performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
