Role: TC (HAM and SAM)

Location: Onsite (DC)
Scope:
TC will help the customer upgrade their platform. Once uprgrade, then will work with the BPC to implement HAM and SAM. This is a staff aug project working at direction of customer
Work is onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB) in Washington DC
More details below on Asset work:
• Review core data with the Customer for alignment
• Upload and/or update core data as needed
• Build out Asset workflow
• Load the model data provided by Customer
• Activate the Procurement plugin
• Publish models to the Product Catalog
• Assist with defining hardware models
• Assist with defining stockroom data stockrooms
Configure the following:
• Model Categories and Model
• Management
• CI and Asset creation
• CMDB forms
• Asset form
• IMAC processes and notifications
• Disposal Process and notifications
• Stock rules and Stockroom notifications
• Catalog and Catalog request items for hardware
• dashboard and/or reports
• Enable and configure the HAM Mobile Interface
• load HAM content library
• Load model data with model numbers and normalize with HAM Pro Content
Review OOB Asset Task processes for :
• Deployments
• Hardware Swap (Incident)
• Retire
OOB Lifecycle Automation Review
• Hardware Asset Order
• Bulk Stock Order
• Review OOB Inventory Audit process
• Previous customizations to the procurement module will need to be evaluated to determine impact on HAM-Pro features
• Review Asset [alm_asset] table and provide estimates based on findings
