Tax Manager Job

*Prepare and review federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships (trusts and estates a plus)
*Review, and organize client tax documents, workpapers, and supporting schedules
*Partner closely with high-net-worth individuals and family offices across businesses, investments, and estate entities
*Prepare and review tax accounting adjustments, related financial statements, and support tax research to address client issues proactively
*Identify and recommend practical tax strategies; assist with IRS/state correspondence and notice responses
*Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS (MUSTS)
*Proficiency in tax software (CCH Axcess) and general computer skills
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation.
*Commute 5 days in the office located in Woodland Hills, CA
*Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette
*Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and follow-up tasks efficiently
