- Oversee quarterly filings, year-end planning, and compliance cycles
- Mentor and supervise remote and in-office tax professionals
- Drive technology upgrades and process improvements
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on corporate and trust taxation
- Proficiency in UltraTax, QuickBooks, and tax planning software
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis metro area
