Position Info:
• Position: Chef
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $25.00-$27.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 101-9842 Resthaven Drive, Sidney, BC V8L 3E6

Job Duties:
• Produce high-quality meals and specialty dishes
• Modify dishes to accommodate guest allergies and restrictions
• Lead kitchen teams to maintain service standards and speed
• Order all necessary inventory and kitchen stock
• Calculate costs and quantities for food and supply orders
• Design new menu items and signature recipes
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and new gear purchases

Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
