Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize HRIS and iCIMS for tracking applicants and managing recruitment processes.
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating employee orientation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Assist in training development initiatives for new hires to ensure successful onboarding.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources or recruitment, with a focus on HR sourcing techniques.
Strong understanding of relationship management principles and practices.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software (iCIMS preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
