Position Info:

• Working Hours: 30-48 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the salon and spa to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery
• Assess and review daily operations to identify areas for improvement and maintain high service standards
• Coordinate and organize operational activities, including staff scheduling and service planning, to optimize workflow
• Develop and enforce workplace policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and service quality
• Manage budgeting and inventory control, including tracking product usage and ordering salon and spa supplies
• Oversee marketing initiatives and collaborate on promotional activities to enhance business visibility and client acquisition
• Recruit, train, and supervise salon and spa staff, ensuring strong team performance and professional development
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of industry-related experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
