Operating out of our 10,000-square-foot facility, we provide everything from routine oil changes to complete in-frame engine replacements on all major makes.

As a Systems Testing Technician at True Diesel, you will play a key role in evaluating and enhancing the performance of our software applications and information and telecommunications systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and documenting software testing plans, installing and configuring software and hardware for testing, and executing detailed test procedures. You will analyze and document test results to ensure our systems operate with accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain testing plans to check the reliability and performance of software.

- Set up and configure the software, hardware, and operating systems needed for accurate test environments.

- Perform detailed testing on applications, diagnostic tools, communication systems, and internal platforms using manual and automated methods.

- Record and review test results. Document findings to support troubleshooting and quality improvement.

- Create and update test procedures.

- Observe system performance during tests, identify defects or performance issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.

- Assist with integrating new software or system components and ensure they work well with existing setups.

- Provide technical input to help improve system design, workflows, and user experience.
Maintain organized records of test cycles, configurations, and outcomes for reference and compliance.

- Look for ways to improve processes, including better testing methods or automation opportunities.

- Work closely with developers, engineers, and operations teams to resolve issues and support system readiness

- Take part in system updates, deployments, and follow-up checks to ensure successful implementation.
