NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA has multiple opportunities at various levels (requiring Bachelor's, Master's or PhD level plus 0 to 14 years of experience, depending on position). Systems Software Manager (SYWM10), Sr. Systems Software Manager (SSYWM10), & Principal Systems Software Manager (PSYWM10). Manage and lead a team of systems software engineers focused on core software and platform projects. Provide technical direction and oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. Collaborate with software, firmware, hardware, and platform teams to investigate and resolve complex software and system issues. Align team priorities and project planning with broader organizational goals and roadmaps. Mentor and grow engineering team members while overseeing project execution and deliverables. May work with various teams (AI, Hardware, Auto, Graphics, Robotics, Gaming, Data Center). With team leadership, may mentor engineers, defining team strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring high-quality code. With technical direction, may guide architecture, development of drivers, firmware, and system software for GPUs, NVLink, and AI platforms. With strategic alignment, may work with Product, Hardware, and other teams to define roadmaps, meet goals, and integrate new technologies (like AI/LLMs). With product delivery, may oversee development for AI/HPC clusters, ensuring robust automation, monitoring, and scalable infrastructure. Position may have 2-8 direct reports. Position may require up to 5% to 20% domestic and/or international travel. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting Permitted.

The base salary ranges for these positions are:
$248,643 to $356,500
$318,781 to $431,250
$388,918 to $575,000
