Systems Manager - Computer Systems Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Systems Specialist with expertise in business and computer systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client needs, designing and implementing information systems solutions, and ensuring the efficiency, security, and compliance of IT operations. This role bridges technology and business strategy, ensuring that our information systems align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
- Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
- Direct and control daily information systems operations
- Evaluate daily IT operations to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Plan and control departmental budgets and IT-related expenditures
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate IT staff
- Review operational reports to assess compliance with software, hardware, and security requirements
- Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other IT personnel
- Provide training and technical development for staff
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for information systems
- Authorize and review the development of technical specifications for products or services
- Meet with internal and external clients to define system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
- Manage IT incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Consult with clients after system implementation to provide ongoing technical support and ensure successful delivery
