Job Description:
• Administer, configure, and maintain SAP ERP systems, including user account management, security authorization, system configuration, and technical support to ensure stable business operations;
• Administer, support, and troubleshoot Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including system integration, production reporting, and issue resolution to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations;
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise operating systems to ensure reliable system performance;
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, and internet services;
• Administer cybersecurity solutions, including Microsoft Defender, endpoint protection platforms, access controls, and security policies while responding to cybersecurity incidents and supporting security compliance initiatives;
• Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions, internal applications, and productivity tools using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies to improve operational efficiency;
• Support and maintain industrial IT equipment, including production workstations, barcode scanners, label printers, manufacturing computers, and related hardware to minimize production downtime;
• Administer enterprise backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions, including backup verification, data restoration, and storage management to ensure business continuity;
• Analyze system performance, conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure to improve reliability and operational efficiency;
• Coordinate infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, software deployments, and technical projects with internal departments, headquarters, and third-party vendors;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, user manuals, system configurations, and incident reports while providing technical guidance and end-user training;
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend system enhancements that improve enterprise infrastructure, manufacturing systems, cybersecurity, and overall IT operations;

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience administering enterprise IT systems, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, enterprise networking, SAP ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or comparable enterprise applications.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure utilizing TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, and wireless networking technologies.
• Experience developing automation tools or software solutions using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection technologies, backup and disaster recovery procedures, and enterprise system administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting business-critical production systems.
