Job Title: Systems Development and Member Resources Officer

Wage range:$71,000 - $73,000 annually (with potential for incremental raises, performance pay, or bonuses)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Development and Member Resources Officer with expertise in database architecture, API integration, website management, membership management, and experience working with a non-profit association in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the integration of the website (WordPress), payment processor (Stripe), and CRM (Creatio), while managing third-party developers and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires experience managing conferences, working in an association environment, and handling membership management, including onboarding, invoicing, and serving as the first point of contact for member inquiries. The candidate will also implement data-driven CRM strategies, support marketing and event initiatives, manage social media campaigns, and provide detailed reporting and analytics. A strong focus on member engagement and client relationships is essential, along with providing seamless support for events and conferences.

Job Duties

• Database & API Development:
o Design and develop database architecture for a CRM (Creatio).
o Develop and maintain APIs to integrate the website (WordPress) with the payment processor (Stripe) and CRM, ensuring seamless data flow.

• CRM Strategy & Reporting:
o Develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies for high-profile clients.
o Analyze performance data, provide insights, and make recommendations based on trends.
o Collect and track performance metrics from internal and external data sources.
o Deliver detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on CRM and website performance.

• Website & Content Management:
o Manage third-party developers for website (WordPress) and database (Creatio) development.
o Audit website content, removing duplicate or outdated information.
o Align the website with the organization’s brand standards, strategy, and objectives.
o Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies.
o Design and code basic HTML communications for websites and email campaigns.
o Test and ensure website efficiency and quality.

• Marketing & Social Media:
o Lead social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.
o Create strategies to improve website traffic and LinkedIn exposure.
o Design and distribute multiple weekly newsletters
o Use Canva to design engaging content for the website and social media platforms.

• Membership Management:
o Update and maintain membership records using the CRM system and online directory.
o Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns through Creatio.
o Actively engage with the organization’s membership to grow understanding of partners' visions.

• Event & Conference Support:
o Oversee the registration process for upcoming events, track attendee sign-ups, and manage attendee databases.
o Provide on-site and virtual event support for conferences and webinars.
o Manage and maintain accurate data for events within the conference meeting app (Jujama), ensuring smooth integration of features.
o Collaborate with speakers to gather content and assist with technical setup during events.
o Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for conferences and industry events.
o Coordinate and produce marketing materials (brochures, programs, email campaigns) for CAASA events & conferences.

• Member Service:
o Provide prompt and efficient responses to member inquiries.
o Manage customer interactions via social media, improving engagement and brand loyalty.
Job Requirements:
• University degree in business, communications or public administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of proven experience working with a non-profit association in the financial sector
• Strong experience in database development and architecture (Creatio or similar CRM systems)
• Proficient in API development and integration (WordPress, Stripe, CRM)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development
• Proven experience managing third-party developers and consultants
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy implementation and data-driven approaches
• Familiarity with WordPress website management and content development
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and reporting tools
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows) at an advanced level
• Experience with Canva and other design tools for content creation
• Excellent communication, both written and oral, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with membership engagement in an association environment, particularly within the financial sector.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with members, fostering active engagement and involvement.
• Proven experience in membership onboarding, invoicing, and addressing member inquiries.
• Extensive experience in managing conferences and industry events, from registration to on-site support.
• Ability to handle marketing campaigns, event support, and content creation.
• Experience with email marketing and event management platforms (Jujama or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
