About the Role
We are at the tipping point of a major technological transformation. As our new Systems Architect, you will be the technical visionary working with the team to build the next-generation, AI-driven digital ecosystem for the real estate industry.
Main Duties
- Design and develop robust, high-performance data processing pipelines and backend services that serve as the foundation for advanced AI tools, vector databases, and automated decision engines.
- Assist the Information Systems VP in collecting business requirements, translating our AI-driven real estate vision into concrete logical and physical system specifications.
- Drive enterprise-level system modernization, overseeing the transition of legacy structures into a modern, cloud-native microservices architecture.
- Architect cloud-native data and network models, implementing traffic splitting, and high-throughput message brokers.
- Assess and optimize system architecture, establishing enterprise-wide technical standards and resilience strategies to ensure long-term performance, security, and high availability.
- Coordinate engineering teams, acting as the primary technical mentor to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and deep-tier execution.

Job Requirements:
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in complex, high-performance systems development is required.
- Experience in a Senior Technical or Architectural role is required.
- Architectural experience in designing and governing highly scalable, modern backend ecosystems to support AI data workflows and system integrations is required.
- Experience in Real Estate Tech (PropTech), AI-driven systems, or high-concurrency environments is highly preferred. (Preferred).
Technical Capabilities:
- Solid foundation in modern software development, microservices design, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in scalable backend programming languages and scripting (such as Python, Go, or Shell).
- Extensive experience with cloud-native infrastructures, virtualization, and OS environments (e.g., AWS, Linux).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, including relational databases (SQL) and Big Data ecosystems.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration, version control workflows (Git/GitHub), API testing tools (Postman), and network security protocols.
