Systems Administrator

Job Duties:
• Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Perform and monitor communication tests between MES and equipment.
• Conduct data backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard information.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain security measures and network configurations to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MES, MES Report, LMS, and middleware issues.
• Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
• Monitor network and system performance to determine if adjustments are needed and recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations.
• Supervise network construction and manage the distribution of Tool Interface Specifications (TIS) for MES-Equipment interfaces.
• Provide Help Desk support to all MES users, diagnosing, testing, resolving, and escalating connectivity issues as necessary.
• Train end users in the organization on the use of technology resources and provide ongoing support, etc.

Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
