Systems Administrator Job

I. Job Duties

- Provide technical support to plant personnel by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral system issues.
- Maintain and monitor computer networks, servers, and plant IT infrastructure to ensure stable system performance and operational reliability.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and network-related software used within the company’s manufacturing and office environments.
- Troubleshoot system connectivity, network access, and equipment performance issues, and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
- Gather and analyze user and operational requirements to support system enhancements, configuration improvements, and IT infrastructure planning.
- Maintain system documentation, support logs, configuration records, and database-related information for internal IT operations and system management purposes.
- Assist in implementing data backup, system security, and disaster recovery procedures to protect company systems and operational data.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, system upgrades, and IT solutions to improve network performance and operational efficiency, etc.

II. Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
