Job Description:
- Analyze complex business, engineering, and data processing problems to determine solutions that optimize workflow and system functionality. Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analysis, and recommend system enhancements by reviewing business processes and system capabilities.
- Develop new software components and enhance existing PCI software products to support business logic and analytical workflows. Implement exception handling, edge case coverage, unit test cases, and documentation for robust application delivery.
- Perform ongoing code maintenance, troubleshoot bugs, and debug existing applications to improve reliability and performance. Engage in source control practices and participate in regular code reviews.
- Conduct thorough testing of software releases including functional, regression, and integration testing. Validate results and document defects or unexpected outcomes; support test automation where applicable.
- Create and maintain documentation covering system workflows, software architecture, and user-facing manuals. Support internal users by answering questions and addressing feature usage issues.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical tasks. Ensure alignment between business needs and software solutions.
- Use tools such as Java, Eclipse, SQL, SSMS, Tableau, Power BI, Jira, Git, Agile SDLC tools, AWS/Azure (limited deployment support).

Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Data Science and Analytics, or closely related;
- Knowledge of Analytics & Metaheuristics, Computing Structures, Algorithm Analysis, Database Management Systems, Intelligent Data Analytics, and Advanced Machine Learning.
