Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. This role will lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and data mapping to legacy and third-party interface systems, working closely with a large remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts
• Map data to legacy systems and third-party interfaces
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
• Support documentation, training efforts, and other project tasks
• Collaborate effectively with a large remote team using MS Teams and O365 tools
Required Skills and Certification:
• 8 years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• 8 years in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
• 8 years gathering requirements/conducting fit-gap analysis with SMEs (subject matter experts)
• 8 years hands-on system integration testing with third-party interfaces
• 4+ years with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• 2+ years working with MS Teams in a large team setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Certification:
• 4 years in public sector (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• 2 years with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
• 2 years with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
• 2 years with SharePoint
• 1 year with Jira
• 1 year with Scrum framework
• 1 year with STAT
