Job Summary
The System Analyst 6 provides technical and system administration support for enterprise applications across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. This role focuses on application support, system configuration, requirements analysis, security, and infrastructure reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and support systems and application components in Windows and Linux environments
• Gather and document requirements, analyze options, and recommend technical solutions
• Support enterprise applications, including COTS and SaaS platforms
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and remediate vulnerabilities
• Support cloud-based implementations and application changes
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to deliver system improvements and support
Required Skills and Certification
• 5–7 years of experience in system installation, configuration, and support
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, RHEL, Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and Visio
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of SSO technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID
• Strong understanding of networks, firewalls, monitoring, architecture, and security remediation
• Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Skills and Certification
• 3–5 years of experience with Azure cloud implementations
• Experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with monitoring and debugging tools such as Dynatrace or similar
Scheduling
• Work Type: Hybrid
• On-site Requirement: 2 days per week from day 1
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Duration: 1 year, with possible extension
