We are currently seeking a Hairstyling Salon Manager who is responsible for managing customer and personal services including managers of establishments that provide services such as dry cleaning, hairdressing or residential cleaning.

Wage: $38.00 / hour
Start Date: As soon as possible

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Hours of work: 30 hours per week
Main job duties include:
Oversee, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the hair salon to ensure efficient service delivery.

Address clients’ concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner and implement effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise salon staff, ensuring all employees follow service standards and operational procedures.

Establish, implement, and monitor policies and procedures for staff performance, workplace safety, and quality control.

Manage and coordinate marketing, promotional activities, and advertising contracts to increase clientele and brand visibility.

Plan, monitor, and control the salon’s operating budget, including labour costs, revenue targets, and expenditures.

Oversee inventory management by tracking product usage, placing orders, and maintaining optimal stock levels.

Ensure the salon maintains a clean, organized, and professional environment that meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Secondary school certificate and equivalent experience;
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Efficient interpersonal skills
Fast-paced and combination of sitting, standing, walking environment

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum experience: 1-2 year’s related experience
