Job Duties:
• Oversee and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow
• Plan and coordinate day to day operational activities to maintain high service and food quality standards
• Supervise and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
• Participate in recruiting and selecting qualified employees to support restaurant operations
• Prepare and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during operating hours
• Manage inventory levels by organizing and monitoring food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies
• Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
