• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 350 Nanaimo St, Vancouver, BC V5L 4R7
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient food service and smooth workflow
• Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor revenues, labour costs, and operating expenses to support budget control and restaurant profitability
• Set staff work schedules and coordinate shift coverage based on business volume and operational needs
• Recruit, train, supervise, and monitor staff performance to ensure consistent service standards and compliance with company policies
• Organize and maintain inventory of food ingredients, sushi supplies, beverages, kitchen equipment, and cleaning products
• Ensure health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and workplace cleanliness standards are properly followed
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service industry is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
