Job Duties:
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in evaluating daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, proper staffing, and smooth coordination between front of house and kitchen staff
• Support the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily restaurant activities to maintain consistent service quality and operational efficiency
• Assist with preparing staff work schedules and coordinating shift coverage based on business needs, reservations, and peak service hours
• Monitor employee performance during daily operations and report any staffing or service issues to the Restaurant Manager as required
• Assist in training new and existing staff on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, workplace policies, and health and safety practices
• Supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts, assign daily duties, and ensure employees follow company standards and operational procedures
• Assist with organizing and monitoring inventory levels for food, beverages, and restaurant supplies, and communicate ordering needs to the Restaurant Manager
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate complex service issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
