• Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $36.75/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Plan daily operations and implement procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
• Develop budgets and cost products to manage expenses for food, beverage, and supplies
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor floor performance to ensure efficient coverage
• Facilitate staff training and performance reviews to support overall team development
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and prevent stock shortages
• Implement operational procedures for new services to improve overall restaurant flow
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe environment
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure issues are resolved professionally
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
