Main Duties:
1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods (Sushi rolls and side foods).
2. Cook hot food, such as noodles and special rice bowl.
3. Check food materials quality regularly.
4. Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
5. Monitor kitchen operations.
6. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
7. Check and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment.
8. Clean kitchen and work area.
9. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
10. Train new kitchen employees if needed.
11. May cover others co-worker’s job duties if necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Completion of secondary school.
2. Minimum 1 year of related experience required.
3. Familiar with food safety regulations.
4. Client focus and team player.
