Start Date: ASAP
Wage: $38.00 ~$40.00 per hour with 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration.
Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week.

Duties:
- Manage the kitchen and direct cooking activities.
- Prepare and cook a wide range of sushi, rolls, and sashimi and make sushi rice properly.
- Develop creative new recipes, seasonal dishes, and daily specials.
- Maintain records of food, supplies and equipment as needed.
- Instruct cooks in preparation, garnishing, and presenting food using cooking techniques.
- Ensure that food meets quality standards, and that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Assist with overseeing kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
And
Experience: 3 years to 5 years of experience in commercial food preparation required, OR cook’s trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required.
