1. Design and Develop Customer Surveys – Create targeted survey instruments to gather feedback on customer preferences, shopping behavior, satisfaction levels, and brand perception, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and campaign planning;

2. Conduct Market Research Using Quantitative and Qualitative Methods – Use a combination of online surveys, in-store questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups to collect actionable market insights about consumer trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities;
