Job Description:
1. Design and Develop Customer Surveys – Create targeted survey instruments to gather feedback on customer preferences, shopping behavior, satisfaction levels, and brand perception, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and campaign planning;

3. Analyze Survey Data to Identify Trends and Insights – Apply statistical tools and data analysis software to interpret survey results, uncover patterns in customer behavior, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions;

4. Present Research Findings to Marketing and Executive Teams – Prepare clear, visually compelling reports and presentations summarizing research outcomes, offering strategic recommendations to support branding, product development, and campaign design;

5. Support Private-Label Product Development – Gather consumer input on packaging design, product taste, price perception, and shelf appeal to inform decisions for new or improved private-label product lines; and

6. Track Customer Sentiment across Locations and Platforms – Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty across different store regions and digital channels, helping the marketing team refine messaging, store layout strategies, and loyalty programs.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Management and Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related field.
