THE POSITION:
In order to support the ongoing expansion of our operations, we are looking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Support services administrative manager to plan, organize, direct and control various administrative and other services, including records management, patient intake and cleaning. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving attitude, and demonstrate experience in supervision and organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily administrative operations of the clinical branches to ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor office policies, procedures, and workflows to improve coordination between medical, administrative, finance and technical support staff.
• Supervise and manage administrative staff across the clinical branches.
• Oversee patient intake, medical record management, billing, and scheduling processes to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenditures, and generate financial and operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with employment standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and privacy legislation.
• Oversee procurement of office supplies, medical equipment, and services, and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Support physicians and senior management in strategic planning, business development, and preparation of operational documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A professional degree in Business Administration is required.
• At least one year of experience in a senior administrative role
• Experience with MS Office suite
• Knowledge of English, both verbal and written

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Permanent, full-time position
• $45.19 per hour
• A minimum of 30 hours of work per week
• Benefits: monthly wellness day off
• Overtime pay ($67.79/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week
