Supplychain Manager Job

A leading automotive brand (client name confidential) is seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory management, procurement, and production planning for all product lines. This role involves analyzing sales and inventory data, sourcing vendors, coordinating with internal teams on R&D, managing SKUs and data in NetSuite, and ensuring on-time delivery by working with factories and logistics partners. The position also includes cost monitoring, risk mitigation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support smooth operations and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain optimal inventory levels and analyze back-orders, demand, and turnover.

Plan procurement and production schedules.

Source and negotiate with vendors, ensuring quality and reasonable lead times.

Manage product lifecycle from R&D through production.

Maintain SKUs and product information in NetSuite.

Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics with production and sales teams.

Generate inventory, purchasing, and supply chain reports.

Work with Accounting and Management on inventory planning and advanced supply chain strategies.

Ensure timely communication with international factories and vendors.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

3–5 years of supply chain experience.

ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive industry knowledge.

Proven cross-functional project experience.

Advanced MS Excel & Project skills.

Lean Six Sigma certification.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
