Job Description:
•Place purchase orders as required based on demand and reschedule and expedite as demand changes.
•Monitor vendor production schedules and vendor capacity to identify and plan for risk to delivery time and over-capacity situations.
•Handle demand reviews and supply reviews.
•Manage multiple expectations while collaborating with cross functional teams.
•Manage planning and purchasing by using MRP functionalities.
•Ensure production teams consistently have sufficient ingredients, equipment, components process operations smoothly.
•Maintain dashboards.
•Coordinate with suppliers daily to secure products, discuss product orders updates, changes in delivery, etc.
•Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
•Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
•Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
•Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
•Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
•University degree or college diploma in supply chain or related field
•1-2 years of experience in a similar role
•Experience in demand and supply planning, S&OP facilitation, and implementation, ideally in food & beverage manufacturing environment
•Demonstrated success in problem solving, and prioritizing demand planning strategic initiatives.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at different levels.
•Financial acumen and proven analytical and process skills.
•Proficient computer skills with a focus on Excel (Microsoft Suite of Applications, Dynamics AX), and instructional software
•Skill in organization, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.
•Good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
•Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills to encourage and mentor staff.
•NB: Successful candidates will be required to provide photo ID, banking details, a valid SIN number, and (if applicable) a valid work permit.
