Supply Management Specialist Job

Support the supply chain manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies for a metal-stamped automotive parts manufacturing company. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery rates and quality compliance, to maintain a high-efficiency supply chain. Analyze production schedules and customer demand forecasts to determine optimal raw material requirements and prevent production bottlenecks. Manage the purchase order cycle by coordinating with vendors to ensure that all materials are procured at competitive costs. Identify potential disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted delivery. Track and report on supply management KPIs, including material price variances and inventory turnover rates, to identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management in the automotive industry
