Supply Management Specialist Job

Develop and manage supply chain systems to optimize procurement, inventory control, and distribution of materials for automotive seat frame manufacturing. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet production schedules. Analyze demand forecasts and production plans to determine material requirements and sourcing schedules. Implement cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing transportation modes, warehouse layouts, and material handling processes. Utilize technological systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), MRP(Material Requirements Planning), and WMS(Warehouse Management System) to track materials flow, production schedules, and inventory status in real time. Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain metrics, supplier performance, and inventory turnover.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Technological Systems Management, or Management
