Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Wage: $28.50 per hour

Job Duties:
• Compile orders and instructions received from customers
• Organize daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion
• Track and complete work orders, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• Coordinate activities with other departments to maintain efficiency in operations
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management
• Maintain detailed work records, logs, and documentation
• Perform general office duties as required
• Compile worksheets and specifications of customer orders
• Prepare and maintain progress and performance reports
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Follow up on issues related to work orders and inventory discrepancies
• Keep track of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock accuracy
