Zoetis, Inc. Ensuring the continued success of the “Zoetis Global Model” by supporting strategic solutions delivered by teams (e.g., ERP, IBP) and working closely with AMS Partners. Leading efforts in Solution Debt Reduction and Continuous Improvement in collaboration with the Solution Adoption Lead, Delivery Teams, and AMS Partners. Engaging with business stakeholders to define and measure performance targets, enhancing business operations and customer success. Gathering structured feedback from business units to enhance the performance of inservice solutions and develop risk mitigation strategies for potential performance issues. Reviewing and approving production release changes for problem resolutions and enhancements. Participating in initiatives aimed at improving the ZTD Operations & Support function through continuous improvement efforts. Contributing to the development and implementation of operational maturity models, ensuring alignment with evolving standards, processes, and methodologies for scalable business performance. Salary: $169,270.00-$209,000.00. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related and 10 years of experience including 10 years of experience in SAP support and testing required.
