Job Description:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee our international logistics and supply chain functions, accounts payable and receivable, and office and warehouse operations and administrative processes. You will also act as a critical liaison with our Chinese team as we continue expanding our market reach across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
•Procurement & Supplier Management – Source and manage suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
•Supply Chain Management – Coordinate with manufacturing facilities abroad to arrange production timeline.
•Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and records, perform regular audits.
•Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination – Supervise shipment processes and resolve delivery/logistics issues, ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
•Demand Planning & Forecasting – Collaborate with other departments to anticipate needs and adjust supply plans accordingly.
•Supply Chain Optimization – Analyze data to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
•Compliance & Documentation–Maintain accurate records, comply with customs/export/import and transport regulations, policies, standards and procedures for safety and security.
•Warehouse Management – Oversee inventory control and logistics coordination within the warehouse environment.
•Cross Department Support – Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth collaboration among departments.

Job Requirements:
•Fluent in English (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) to communicate effectively with Canadian, US, and Chinese teams and partners in other regions.
•Experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in a B2B product or components environment.
•Familiar with customs/export/import and transport policies, regulations, and standards in Canada, China and related countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, international trades, business, or related fields.
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, or administrative
management.
•Professional knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools.
•Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication abilities.
•Strong understanding of import/export procedures, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
•Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and improving operational systems.
•Experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in a B2B product or components environment.
